1. Securing Your Booking
A confirmation deposit is required for all appointments. This amount will be credited toward your final bill at the time of your service.
2. Timeliness of Appointments
Clients are encouraged to arrive ahead of their scheduled time to allow for consultation and preparation.
If you arrive over 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your service. In this situation, the booking will be considered forfeited and the deposit will not be returned.
3. Changes to Bookings
Any request to amend or cancel an appointment must be made at least 72 business hours in advance, excluding weekends.
When adequate notice is provided, one reschedule is permitted, provided the new appointment is scheduled within 30 days of the original booking. The original deposit will be transferred to the new date.
4. Follow-Up Treatments
Follow-up or touch-up sessions are not included in the original treatment fee and will be billed separately.
For best outcomes, we advise booking follow-up sessions between four and eight weeks after your initial appointment.
5. Adjustments by Our Team
On occasion, it may be necessary for us to move your appointment. If this occurs, we will propose alternative appointment times based on availability.
Should none of the options be suitable, you may request a full refund of your deposit.
6. Non-Attendance & Short-Notice Changes
Appointments that are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
7. Expiry of Payments & Vouchers
All deposits, advance payments, and vouchers carry a validity period of six (6) months from the date they are issued. Once expired, they cannot be redeemed.
8. Updates to Our Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms as required to reflect changes in services or operational practices. Any updates will be published on our official channels and will apply to future bookings.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and remain committed to delivering a smooth and professional experience for every client.
